中海油加油站是国企中国海洋石油集团有限公司旗下的加油站终端。中国海洋石油是目前中国最大的海上油气生产商。为了体现该企业在海洋方面的造诣与贡献,为了传达现代、科技、高效的品牌信息,设计师沿用了其LOGO中的蓝色作为这款作品的主印象色。蓝色常常被认为是与水、与智慧相关的色彩,蓝色与白色的搭配也是各种智能、科技广告电影中常见的配色。在此之上,这款作品使用了大量高反光铝板、LED灯带与圆角化设计,使得外观更加显眼、亲切。加油站的便利店设计方面,整体设计灵感来源于大海中的船舱。融合了船舱圆弧造型的室内装潢搭配原木黄与海洋蓝的组合,能很好的中和便利店较小的空间给人带来的紧张感,使得整个便利店的内部观感更显年轻活力。海洋在概念上常常与生鲜挂钩,该加油站的便利店产品中又经常会销售一些水果、谷物等自然产品,明亮的蓝黄色调能使顾客感觉产品更加新鲜,从而提升客户购买率,拉动销售量。

 CNOOC gas stations are the terminals of gas stations under the state-owned China National Offshore Oil Corporation Co., Ltd. CNOOC is currently the largest offshore oil and gas producer in China. The designer used blue in its logo as the product’s dominant color, to embody the enterprise's accomplishments in and contributions to the ocean, and to convey the brand message of modernity, technology and efficiency. Blue is often regarded as a color associated with water and wisdom. The combination of blue and white is also a common color scheme in various smart or technological advertising and films. Besides, this work uses numerous highly-reflective aluminum panels, LED light strips and round corner designs for a more conspicuous and friendly look. The overall design of the gas station's convenience store is inspired by a cabin in the ocean. It integrates the cabin’s arc-shaped interior decoration with a mix of wood yellow and ocean blue, which eases the tension caused by the small space in the convenience store and delivers a more youthful and vibrant look within the store. The ocean is often conceptually linked to fresh food, and natural products such as fruit and cereals are often sold in the gas station’s convenience store, whose bright blue and yellow hues make customers feel that products are fresher, thereby increasing their purchase rate and promoting sales.
