设计师在结合当代消费主体的需求后,决定结合年轻艺术与建筑语言,打造一个商业性+趣味性+体验感三者并存的全新售楼处。 项目分上中下三层,区别于常规的售楼处设计,设计师将空间功能以独立“BOX”的形态在售楼处中展现,丰富了建筑层次的同时也保证了每个空间功能的独立性。 入门,黑色金属背景墙进入视线,上空金属框包裹的透明玻璃宛如一个“盒子”悬浮在空间中,在此刻,设计师使用体块穿插手法的成熟已经显现。 云帆商业街作为本次项目的亮点之一,使用下挂玻璃来打造四面全息投影,以沉浸式的感官体验营造了丰富的空间层次感,使空间保持了高品质的态度,增强了空间科技体验感和人与人之间的信任感,空间的交错纵横,与“静”的态势中,衍生出“动”的强烈对比。 进入售楼处,整体空间中空挑高,设计师利用建筑的体块感在空间中进行穿插,制造出空间平衡的层序性; 大场景气度不凡,小空间也耐人寻味,二层精致的生活体验馆以“空间盒子”的形态穿插在空间中,设计师用代表生命与活力的绿色作为生活体验馆主题色,随处可见的绿色装饰让空间充满年轻的语言。 空间若是自行独立未免单调,设计师充分展现空间构建的能力,让每个空间互相渗透。 商业街兼艺术馆则位于项目三楼,在参观样板间的通道处进行呈现,作为本次项目的另一大亮点展示在人们眼前,色彩时尚且充满趣味。 空间的质感与美感,结合商业氛围,“去售楼处化”也逐渐成为设计所追求的目标。

 After combining the needs of contemporary consumers, the designer decided to combine young art and architectural language to create a new sales office with commercial, interesting and experience. The project is divided into upper, middle and lower floors. Different from the conventional sales office design, the designer displays the space function in the sales office in the form of an independent "box", which enriches the architectural level and ensures the independence of each spatial function. At the beginning, the black metal background wall enters the line of sight, and the transparent glass wrapped by the metal frame is like a "box" suspended in the space. At this moment, the maturity of the designer's use of body block interposition technique has appeared. Yunfan commercial street, as one of the highlights of this project, uses hanging glass to create four-dimensional holographic projection, creates a rich sense of spatial hierarchy with immersive sensory experience, so that the space maintains a high-quality attitude, enhances the sense of space science and technology experience and the sense of trust between people. The crisscross space and the "static" situation derive a strong contrast of "dynamic" 。 When entering the sales office, the whole space is hollow and high. The designer uses the building's block feeling to interpose in the space to create the sequence of space balance; The elegant life experience hall on the second floor is interspersed in the space in the form of "space box". The designer uses the green representing life and vitality as the theme color of life experience hall. The green decoration everywhere makes the space full of young language. If the space is independent, it will be monotonous. The designer can fully demonstrate the ability of space construction and let each space penetrate each other. The commercial street and art museum is located on the third floor of the project, which is presented at the passage of the visiting model room. As another highlight of the project, it is displayed in front of people with fashionable and interesting colors. Space texture and aesthetic feeling, combined with the commercial atmosphere, "go to the sales office" has gradually become the goal of the design.
