该项目为实际设计项目，改造成步行街，建筑风格属于殖民建筑，也称为民国建筑，西式建筑的外立面，中式建筑的内墙结构。属于武汉市武昌首义文化区的其中一块。设计要求主要是保留一部分完好的民国建筑，修复一部分，拆迁一部分危险性房屋。保存老建筑风貌，设计新式的建筑外形和使用环境，辞旧迎新，变的是形式，不变的情怀。（The project is a practical design project, which is transformed into a walking street. The architectural style belongs to the colonial architecture, also known as the Republic of China, the external facade of the western style architecture, and the inner wall structure of the Chinese style architecture. It belongs to one of the first cultural districts in Wuchang, Wuhan. The main requirement of the design is to preserve some of the intact buildings in the Republic of China, repair part of them, and remove some dangerous houses. Preserving the style of the old buildings, designing the new architectural appearance and using environment, and changing the old into the new are changing form and unchanging feelings.）
