Villa L

这是一个位于香港新界私家花园小区的传统半山别墅改造项目。我们所面临的挑战是，将曾经的新古典主义风格，转变成简约而富于叙事性的三层现代摩登风格住宅；并且，此建筑也将成为促进该地区革新的独一无二的代表。而业主父亲、业主夫妻和两个孩子的家庭生活模式，决定了房屋的整体格局。我们希望创造一个并不僵化而灵动多变的空间；因此，通过推倒所有的多余墙体，仅仅保留别墅的原始柱式结构，重新安排墙体布局，最终实现了明亮开放的空间，直接与香港的半山自然绿化景观相连。 相比之下，别墅内部是一个中性极简的空间，使用了核心的清水混凝土墙，与白色涂料墙互相呼应。为了给人们带来温暖和舒适的生活，我们选择了实木地板；天然的石材和纹理则用于共同的厨卫区；此外还增加了地下负一层，包含了游泳池，业主父亲的房间和休闲区。 Villa L is a renovation of a traditional villa in the exclusive new territories hills of Hong Kong. The challenge was to transform a previous neoclassic style into a modern and simple 3 stories dwelling. It would also act as a model for further renovations in the area due its uniqueness. The use for a single family composed by the father, husband, wife and two kids define the layout. We wanted to create a flexible space rather than a rigid one. By keeping only the original structures of the house and knocking down all the rest we achieved a bright and open space directly connected with the green landscape of Hong Kong. By contrast the interior is a neutral and minimal space, arranged by key concrete walls and white painting. In order to bring the warm and comfort of living we choose wood floor, natural stones and textures were applying in the services areas. We added an underground floor which contains a swimming pool, father’s room and leisure areas.
